Wisconsin Health Fund
On behalf of Wisconsin Health Fund, I would like to thank you for the self-defense training sessions that you provided my employees. The staff truly found the sessions useful and enjoyable.
You were very informative and offered great techniques that anyone can use in real-life situations. I would also like to thank you for coming and providing us additional training on the Spikey self-defense tool. I can personally say that I feel more confident and prepared if I was to find myself in a dangerous situation.
Thank you for all you do in educating and empowering people. Keep up the great work!

Junior League of Milwaukee
The Junior League of Milwaukee, an organization of women committed to promoting
voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the
effective action and leadership of trained volunteers, was thrilled to involve Fit 2 Fight
in our signature project called the Teen Transition Program. We, along with our partner
Kids Matter Inc., provide self-sustainability workshops and other support activities for
teens aging out of the foster care system. Many of the teens we work with are thrust
into adulthood much earlier in life without a support system to help them through
the transition. The most popular workshop of the year focused on healthy eating
and personal safety.
The professional team at Fit 2 Fight provided a phenomenal
presentation on self defense using the Krav Maga philosophy. The teens, who are
mostly female, responded so positively to the presentation and learned a great deal
about their own personal strength. It was evident in how they carried themselves after
hearing, seeing and practicing the self-defense techniques, that they were empowered
and walking taller as a result.
The knowledgeable team from Fit 2 Fight listened to the
teens and addressed their questions and concerns with compassion and sensitivity.
This was important because it made the group feel comfortable. They would not have
been able to gain these necessary skills and understandings about personal safety had
they felt intimidated. Junior League of Milwaukee and Kids Matter Inc. are grateful to
the Fit 2 Fight team for challenging these young women in this way and for helping us
better prepare them to embrace their independence. Learning effective skills to protect
yourself is invaluable to self esteem, confidence and (if ever tested) survival. The team
at Fit 2 Fight addressed all of these things and made sure we had fun doing it.

Kaplan College
We had the pleasure of hosting Krav Maga Milwaukee on campus in December 2009.
Gal and Jane provided our staff with a top notch transformative self defense demonstration along with an educational lesson on vital crime statistics and most importantly, a lesson on how to empower ourselves to fight back.
Our staff really enjoyed this hands-on experience and appreciated the opportunity to have fun while addressing
a very serious topic.
If your business is looking for a unique way to empower your employees, we highly recommend Krav Maga Milwaukee and look forward to hosting them on campus again in the future!

Milwaukee Academy of Science
As a counselor at Milwaukee Academy of Science, I am always looking for ways to get teenagers involved and prepared for real-life situations. The collaboration with Krav Maga has been a great opportunity for our students who want to enhance their personal safety skills.
In a survey that I conducted in spring of 2008, 10% of MAS students reported that
they had stayed home at least once in the past 30 days because they felt unsafe on
their way to school. This emphasizes the importance for our students to have some
fundamental understanding of what they can do to protect themselves. The one day
program was a great introduction to self-defense for our female students. I also
appreciated the educational component. The girls were not only able to practice the
tactical movements, but also discussed the responsibility that goes along with using
these skills.
I have seen for myself how Krav Maga-Milwaukee can help urban inner-city youth.
Thank you for all that you do. If anyone would ever have further questions about
conducting self-defense seminars in a school or the positive effects it can have on the
students involved, please do not hesitate to have them contact me
